Fallow Deer

The Fallow deer is found wild in Western Asia and Southern Europe. The Fallow deer is a medium-sized animal characterized by palmate antlers. It is about 3 feet high at the shoulders and spotted white in the summer. However, Fallow deer can come in a variety of colors including Spotted, White, Chocolate, and Brown.

Fallow bucks and Fallow does live apart until the mating season around October. The following June, the Fallow does usually bear one fawn, but occasionally two or three.

The Fallow deer can be a very exciting hunt especially for those who are not interested in the typical Whitetail Deer. Check out some of the amazing Fallows that our hunters were able to score below. Click on any picture to enlarge the image.
